I have been creating fursuits, art, and more since 2013.

Husky Suits is a team of me, myself and I. We source our items used from other fursuit makers and furry aject. We love supportin other artists as well!
Husky Suits is currently located in Pittsburgh PA. We can be found dealing at conventions and events year round such as Anthrocon, Furcationland, AnthroNewEngland and more local east coast events to our location.

FAQ

Q: How often do you open for quotes and new orders?

Openings are rare for us the best way to obtain a suit is from Husky Suits is to nab a premade

Q: How much do you charge? 

Price varies on the color and complexity of the suit email with questions
 
Q: Do you offer Part-only commissions at all?

Yes and no. Paws, Feet, Tails, and bodies yes. Head only Commissions are not ava at this time

Q: What payment methods do you take?
 
Square invoice is the best! We also take cash app, Venmo, Cashiers checks, and Cash

Q: Do I need a reference sheet or concept art?

Yes a reference with front back and details areas is required for the commission 

Q: Will you lower your price for me, I cannot afford it?

NO. If you cannot afford it don't buy

Q: Can I get a refund if im not happy?

NO. We do not offer refunds please refer to our TOS below

Q: Do you allow extra zippers or SPHs?

YES! Pockets are good too

Q: How long does it take to make a suit?

it all depends on the fursonas design and availability of fur 

Q: What is a DTD? And do I need one?

Yes. A DTD is a duct tape dummy basically a shell of your body that we stuff in the shop to make sure the fursuit fits and sits on you correctly 




Husky Suits Terms of service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY ARE IN PLACE FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY AND SECURITY. BY ORDERING AND COMMISSIONING HUSKY SUITS, YOU ARE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS DOCUMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE THEN DO NOT ORDER FROM HUSKY SUITS.

HUSKY SUITS reserves the right to change, modify and update the terms at any time.

Deadlines/Rush orders 

We currently do not accept deadlines. We try to get things done in a timely manner, we are currently working solo on all projects. Just be aware that we are not a team so things do take a little bit longer to complete. Please plan your order according to our que.

Shipping terms and policies

• All costumes and parts are currently shipped with USPS or UPS, if you prefer a different shipping company please make HUSKY SUITS aware of this at time of commissioning. 
• Shipping is not included total price.
• We are not a holding facility so be aware as soon as shipping is received suit will be shipped within 1 week of payment.
• Once tracking is provided and costume had left our home it is out of our care we cannot control when it arrives, delays, damages, but we will do whatever we can to ensure it arrives on time
• If your item is damaged upon arrival please let us know as soon as possible.

Limited warranty and repairs

• Any major damages are not covered 

• Fire, major tears, smoke burn, dog/cat ect
• Any repairs will be discussed in private 
• Any repairs and damages upon arrival must be discussed within 10 days of the suits arrival 

Age restriction

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY COMMISSIONS FROM ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT.

• Parental permission is required to commission suits from HUSKY SUITS.
• This includes a video call with at least on parent and the parent must also sign and date the document to ensure that everything is valid.

Cancellations 

At any time HUSKY SUITS has the right to cancel the commission, commissions or sale of suits (premade adopt ect,)  with no explanation! 

The most common reasons are:

• Fallout - quarrel between both parties (Husky suits & Client)
• Racist or derogatory terms posted on social media, in chat/chats, in person, at conventions or through the grape vine (hearing from another source with proof) 
• Harassment of any kind - sexually, physically & mentally to name a common few.
• You are a know scammer with proof of scamming people and enough evidence to be proven.

Refunds/Refusals 

-NO REFUNDS WHAT SO EVER-

• We currently do not offer refunds at this time due to being a small business and working single handed.
• We reserve the right to decline any commission, commissions, sale of premades and adoption of suits for sale as we see fit (we are not obligated to provide a reason in the case of refusal.)

Artistic limitations 

There are limits to what we can do with crafting.

• Realistic 
• We are okay with making realistic suits we do have limited experience with them and are always willing to try.
• We are also working with resin bases
• We do make the following:
• Digi full suits 
• Plantigrade full suits 
• Moving jaws (limited experience)
• Electronics (LEDS, FANS, WHISKERS ect)
• Unusual species
• Unique species 
• 3D printed jewelry (limited currently) 
• Murrsuits 
• We do not make the following:
• Replication of other suits 
• Metal work (scales)
• Working on adding in
• Plush suits
• MLP suits 
• Copyrighted but customized

Payment information

• Payment is in USD
• We use in Paypal (not preferred), check, venmo, cash app and even bank transfer if preferred 

After suit completion

• You are allowed to post the completed commission to your personal accounts as long as credit is given.
• Please talk to us before altering your suit in any way 9 times out of 10 we can usually assist for a small discount
